• Information you provide: account details, name, contact info, resume/CV, work history, skills, portfolio links, job posts, company details, interview availability.

• From third parties: background or reference info where permitted, analytics providers, job boards, or professional networks you connect.
• Sensitive data: We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data (e.g., health, biometric, precise geolocation). Do not include it unless required by law and expressly requested.

We do not sell personal information. We do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
