1. Overview
Recruvio provides digital recruiting services to employers and candidates. Because our work involves immediate access to tools and matchmaking, refunds depend on whether the service has been materially used. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
2. Plans Covered
- Employer: Pay-Per-Role (single job posting or campaign).
- Employer: Subscriptions (monthly or annual access/credits).
- Employer: Success/placement fees (billed upon hire, if applicable).
- Candidate services (if any paid career add-ons you enable).
3. Refund Eligibility & Windows
- Pay-Per-Role: Full refund within 14 days of purchase if there was no material use (see Section 4).
- Monthly Subscription: Cancel anytime. Refunds are granted within 7 days of the current billing date if there was no material use in the current cycle. Otherwise, cancellation takes effect next cycle.
- Annual Subscription: You may request a pro-rated refund within 30 days of the initial charge if there was minimal or no material use (see Section 8).
- Success/Placement Fees: Non-refundable once a candidate has accepted an offer (unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement).
- Candidate add-ons: Refundable within 7 days if unused (e.g., resume review not started).
Tip: adjust the day counts above to match your business preferences before publishing.
4. What Counts as “Material Use”
Any of the following typically constitutes material use:
- Publishing a job post that becomes visible to candidates.
- Receiving ≥ 1 candidate introduction/lead from Recruvio.
- Downloading or exporting candidate resumes/profiles.
- Sending ≥ 1 direct message to a candidate via the platform.
- Using included credits (views, messages, posts, or boosts).
If you believe usage was accidental or due to an error, include details in your request (Section 6).
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consulting, sourcing, or screening services.
- Third-party fees (e.g., background checks) once initiated.
- One-time setup fees after onboarding work begins.
- Expired credits and promotional/discounted credits.
- Taxes collected where applicable law prohibits refunding.
6. How to Request a Refund
- Email contact@recruvio.com with subject “Refund Request”.
- Include: account email, plan type, purchase date, invoice/receipt, and reason.
- We may request additional information to verify eligibility and usage.
7. Processing Times & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your bank/card processor. We’ll confirm by email when processed.
8. Proration for Subscriptions
For eligible annual subscriptions, refunds are pro-rated based on the remaining full months in the term, less any used credits or services at standard rates. Monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated mid-cycle unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider before contacting us, resolution may take longer. Please reach out at contact@recruvio.com so we can help quickly.
10. Regional Consumer Rights
Some regions grant additional rights (e.g., EU/UK “cooling-off” periods for certain online purchases). If applicable, we will honor those rights. Business-to-business purchases may be excluded under local rules.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect upon posting with the updated date above.
