2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. Employers represent that they are authorized to post roles and engage candidates on behalf of their organization.
3. Accounts & Security
- Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.
4. Platform Role & Job Listings
Recruvio is a platform that connects candidates and employers. We are not an employer of candidates and are not a party to any employment contract between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee job placements, interview invitations, compensation, or outcomes.
- Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings.
- Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of their profiles and resumes.
- Recruvio may remove content or listings that violate these Terms at our discretion.
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., resumes, profiles, job posts). By submitting content, you grant Recruvio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely to operate and improve the Services.
6. Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to bypass security features.
- No posting of jobs that violate applicable labor, privacy, or anti-discrimination laws.
- No transmission of malware, spam, or unauthorized commercial communications.
7. Additional Terms for Employers
- Provide accurate role details (title, location/remote status, compensation range if required by law, and qualifications).
- Comply with all applicable employment and data-protection laws, including pay transparency where applicable.
- Do not request unlawful information from candidates (e.g., protected characteristics).
- You are responsible for any fees or charges agreed with Recruvio and for timely communication with candidates.
8. Additional Terms for Candidates
- Represent your skills, experience, and eligibility truthfully.
- Do not share confidential employer information without permission.
- Recruvio is not responsible for third-party hiring decisions or communications.
9. Fees & Payments
If fees apply, they will be presented at time of purchase or in a separate agreement. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable amounts, taxes, and charges. All sales are final unless otherwise stated.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share information. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs are owned or licensed by Recruvio and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to use the Services, no rights are transferred to you.
12. Confidentiality
If you receive confidential information through the Services, you must use it only for the intended purpose and protect it with reasonable care. Do not disclose it to third parties without permission.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recruvio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Recruvio, its affiliates, and personnel harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Florida, USA. You and Recruvio waive any right to a jury trial and agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity (no class actions). [Consult counsel if you prefer arbitration.]
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
